I need to know what wire off my stock alpine CD/DVD/XM radio to attach my remote wire to. PLEASE HELP!!!

First off, what accessory are you trying to control with that lead? Power antenna? Alarm accessory? Amp? If antenna motor or amp, I would use the accessory lead from the ignition. Those accessories will just be always on, whenever the igntition is. Not completely bad. There could be other suggestions from other members also. A little more info would be useful!
Otherwise, just get in there with your voltmeter, and do a little poking around...

Hey Dave, it looks like he hid the answer to your question in his title.2006 XB 3.0 amp -- posted image.  According to Directechs, the wire you are looking for will be gray.  However it is highly recommended that you test the wire with a multimeter just to be sure.
