How would I wire up 3 dual two ohm, or dual 4 ohm speakers... I used the impedance calculator, but it is making my brain hurt. I need about 400 watts for each sub, so 1200 watts rms total. And I need to know mono what kinda ohmage I am looking at, and weather I need a mono amp or a 2 channel bridged or whatever... This is making my brain hurt. But the subs are going to be 3 ED 13Kv's So pick me out an amp to go with them. I am wanting a class D to save on amperage, but if I have to go with an a/b because of the ohm load then I will.
Thanks in advance

ok somtimes I feel like a sped.   I figure if I get the dual two ohm versions I can strap them all for 4ohms. And then tie them all in parellel to a monoblock and it will render a 1.333 ohm load. Does this sound good? Also, if I get a monoblock that is only 2 ohm stable will it underohm protect on me. Or should I just get one that is 1 ohm stable and not run it to it's full potential?

Use the woofer wiring wizard over in the left column and save those Excedrins.  And if you want to put a 1.33 ohm load onto an amp, it will have to be 1 ohm stable.
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
