Keeping factory deck - Speakers blown -  adding amp and aftermarket speakers and cannot find a signal for the high to lows out of the deck or the rear amps  - Little help

Can you not find any pair of speaker wires?

Have you removed the deck itself to see what wires are branching out it ?
Hate to say it, you may just need to get a better deck or try running those "weak" cables to equalizer. Actually, hell not even sure that will work, if you have one try it out. If not, don't buy one on my word since I am not sure about that particular solution.
I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.

Are you using the aftermarket amp for the interior speakers or the sub?  If it's for the interior speakers, just use line outs on the speaker wires.  If it's for a sub and you're not getting any bass, you need to splice on rca's before the factory amp.  Look on www.installdr.com for a factory radio harness pinout.
