Ok, I just bought two different pairs of subs, a pair of Pioneer TS-W33C 12s", and a pair of Jensen XS1212's.

The Pioneers punch out 450 watts max, with 160 RMS, they are 4 ohm speakers, while the Jensen's punch out 520 max, with 175 RMS, which are 2 ohm speakers.

The only difference is, the Jensen's have a Kapton Voice coil, while the Pioneer's have Dual Voice coils, could somebody tell me the difference, and which one would hit harder??

By the way, the Amplifier powering them is a Power Acoustik Gothic Series OV-520, with 520 bridged, 300 Mono RMS, and 175 x 2 watts RMS over 2 ohms, and 150 x 2 watts over 4 ohms.  The amp is 2 ohm stable.

Thanks if somebody can help me.

Go with the pioneer, there a better brand than those made by jensen. you might want to wire up the pioneer's using both parallel and series wiring to get a 4 ohm load(with both subs combined) if your gonna bridge the amp. Don't worry, with the amp bridged it will act as if it's getting half of the actual ohm being put on it. In other words if you bridge any amp with a 4 ohm load, the amp will act as if the presented load is at 2ohms instead of the 4 which you are actually giving it. The end result, you'll be giving the subs more power.
live & die 4 tha luv of BASS!!!!
