I just saw a video post on metacafe, change traffic lights green. I guess lighter weight vehicles such as motorcycles and very small cars have a problem triggering sensors. It said to put a strong magnet such as neodymium under vehicle perpendicular to road. It creates a change in the sensors in road making lights cycle as if it were a larger vehicle. Has anyone seen or heard of that being used before? I think that is cool if that works.

the same guy also shows a 12v transmitter battery holds smaller batteries inside.

As a motorcycle rider, I can tell you I've tried just about all of those gimmicks, and none of them have ever worked more effectively than just making sure the bike is centered over the middle wire.
As for the battery hack? I've been doing that for a few years, but it's really only useful if you have devices that REALLY need the 394 cell. Because there are MANY different button cells out there, not all of your devices will use that one! make traffic light cycle to green -- posted image.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
