I have a 1991 240sx and am trying to install the viper 350HV. I have most of it done, grounds, ect, but i still have the starter kill to go. The installation diagram isn't real helpful and i dont want to mess anything up. I know the black wire goes to the starter motor. But do the yellow and green go to the ignition switch wires, and if not where do they go?

Cut the starter wire from the ignition switch in half.

Connect heavy black to starter wire/car side.

Connect heavy green to starter wire/key side.

Connect yellow to ignition wire at ignition switch.

Prepare your future. It wasn't the lack of stones that killed the stone age.

Sorry to steal the thread, but could someone elaborate on the yellow wire?
Thanks.

The yellow wire goes to the ignition switch on the wire that shows power when the key is in the IGNITION position and sustain power while you crank the engine. This is usually a BLACK/ red at the ignition switch but test to be sure.
