I am researching and preparing for my first Nextgen Passlock on a 2007 and up H3. After reading many post I am still not sure which is the best method. It seems the the old tried and true method of Relays and resistors still seems to work great. Will a bypass module be more effective or just cause more headaches and cost the owner more in the long run. Modules I have looked at are the XKO6 and the Idata ADS-TBSL PL.
P.S. If someone could send me a diagram for the 2 relays to add to my book of knowlege I would be most appreciative.

Idatalink makes the FLDL1 which will bypass the Passlock, give you lock wires, control the factory security, give you your door triggers, hood and hatch, give you a tach wire, give you hatch open, and even eliminate the need for the relays and resistors on the ignition switch. With all that, why bother using the old method? Even if you sell the module at cost, look at the time you are saving yourself.
