2000 isuzu rodeo, scytek galaxy 5000rs

hello all

i have a stupid question

i am installing a scytek galaxy remote start alarm on my 00 rodeo and have been trying to figure out the lock system it has a factory keyless system

the specs ive downloaded say negitive triggers on lock and unlock

now my question is do i need to have relays hooked to the alarm

or do i just hook up the wires? i know i need to hook up a relay for my domelight supervision but the locks have me a bit confused thanx in advance

i have a slight delemma i am in the middle of a install on my personal 00 rodeo with a factory anti-theft/keyless entry . my first problem is that when i remote start it turns on the radio but not my blower. i got the scytek galaxy 5000rs  the system has a 2nd ignition wire listed as a brown wire and my rodeo also has a 2nd ignition does that have any effect on  my blower? my second problem is with the locks the wires that control them are not where they say does the keyless module have anything to do with this? or are there any other parts because of my factory anti-theft? cant seem to find anything about the factory anti theft . any help is greatly appriciated
