i need to figure out keysense wire..
this is what directech says.."wire rest at ground and goes to open circuit when key inserted."
then i should hook up relay like..this
85 to 12v, 86 to gwr, cut keysense wire in half and 30 to keysense to key side and 87a to car side..right???
when i measured volatege difference and wasn;t quite right what directechs says..
without key in, it sees ground but when i insert key, then it sees around 2v..
then my another source say to use 10k resistor to pull keysens wire to 12v, how is this done??
or using directech method will work fine??

I'm not sure why you need to bother with the key sense wire at all?
A remote start should work fine without it, as long as you've used a proper transponder bypass. Also the factory alarm should disarm with ignition.

All the better...can you describe the keysense for future users doing this same vehicle?
