I just installed at autostart 1200 into my 2004 silverado with passlock II module all is working ok truck starts fine with the remote but the check engine light comes on while it is running, check codes its all tranny codes.  Now I have 2 constant 12v to the red in harness,  1 ignition 12v to the pink in harness,  and 1 accesory 12v to the orange in the harness.  Do I need another 12v ignition somewhere. I cant find the white wire in the harness anywhere that I need to tap into. Any help would be great thanks

look harder. There should be a white wire, or else it will be white with a light pink stripe. This wire needs to be powered upon ign. Failure to do this will (not might, it WILL) cause damage to your transmission.

Ok I found the white wire its like a creamy white color not pure white put acc power to it all is working as it should no more codes, roadtested all is ok now thanx.

Another question what can I use for an external trigger to start the truck with the factory remote. I already tested the external trigger on the module,  all it needs is one slight touch to ground and release and the truck starts
