Has anyone ever installed a K9 Sombra? Any feedback?

So far this is the only alarm I've been able to find with completely passive entry - you walk up to the car and it unlocks. You walk away and it locks back.

I'm just curious if it really works this way, and how reliable it is. Also, I wonder what kind of battery life they have.

Just been looking at the site, how reliable is the manufacturer? Have you used their product before? The price I saw of about $96 worries me, it's too cheap!

They are on Ebay even cheaper - < $50 shipped. That's like 11 Euros I do believe.

I definately have my suspicions - hopefully somone has some first hand experiance with them.

that unit is made by Omega Research and Development. its most likely not a very solid and reliable product. unless O R and D have changed ALOT over the last few years and i just dont know it. i quit installing stuff from OMEGA years ago because of reliability issues.
