POWER LOCK--------------yellow/blue                 |-  |drivers door module

POWER UNLOCK----------GREEN/ red                   |-  |drivers door module

  • A double pulse will unlock all doors and disarm the factory alarm.
  • The drivers door module is located in the drivers door.

Actually the new Jettas are rather easy. Just the added work of pulling the door panel and running a few extra wires, which isn't all that much work anyway.
You'll need the 555b not the listed 555u for RS bypass or an equivilent bypass module.

i have a 2000 vw golf and i'm having some problems
only 3 power doorlocks will lock and unlock using the 2 wires
POWERLOCK--------------yellow/blue |drivers door module
POWER UNLOCK----------GREEN/ red |drivers door module
but the driver door don't work. and this setup will only work if the factory module is unpluged . how can i get the driver door to work with the the other locks
and how can i bypass the factory module. because if it's unpluged the power windows won't work.
thanks
