alright i have an astro start 2100. it was in my car when i bought it. the only problem i have is that it will only run for 4 mins. even if i change it so the lights blink 4 times, indicating that its on the 18 min mode it still will only run for 4 mins. is their a way i can bypass the runtime feature so that it will just run for ever. i would rather have it just keep running then it to shut off before i get out their. thanks

The time setting you are adjusting are for the low temp (sentinel mode) not the normal run time
to change that you will have to get at the dip switches located on the R/S Brain.
set them to this
1 off 2 off 3 on 4 on 5 off 6 off 7 off 8 on 9 off for 18 min
then hit the brake and led should flash 12 times after programing turn all dip switches to off and hit the brake again
you can program it for 2 min 4 min 8 min 18 min for gas
and 4 min 8 min 16 min and 36 min for diesel
