If you are sure you didn't just blow a fuse, did you happen to open the brain and look at the traces on the board? I am pretty sure if you were to do this you would see burnt traces. You probably need to add a relay for one of the accessory circuits.

i have not done one of those in a while but i know there was 1 ing and 1 acc wire that needed a relay added because of voltage spikes    1 relay on the BLACK/ green ing 2 wire and the pink/black acc 1 wire
if you didnt add these relays it would blow the fuses in the remote start module
If i Can't Install it    I Don't need it   Joe

What are the ignition and accessory wires doing when you remote start the vehicle? Do they behave as they should (accessory off when cranking, etc)? I am fairly certain you will find that some are not working. I would have thought a burnt trace on the board where the relays are, or a burnt fuse would be what you would see, but it is possible you burnt out the contacts on the relay and simply cannot see the damage without testing the relay itself.
I don't recall the exact years but I remember that platform vehicle requiring more power than what the remote start is capable of delivering. As mentioned in chev's post, an additional relay was required for energizing one of the accessory circuits. This is probably where you are running into problems.
