m45 2007 sleep mode

how do i wake up the CAN system from sleep mode. apparently ive figured out my problem. it works for  about 5 - 10 minutes after i finish, then after that it like it forgets everything. wont remote start or if u hit unlock it flashes the lights but doesnt open the door right away. any suggestions?

I've never had to do anything to wake up anything on those cars.
It would help if you list what you installed.
