hi im putting a viper 5901 into a 2005 grand marc. i purchase door lock relay made by directed electronics it came with alot of resistors do i need to use them if so where ty caprie83@aol.com

Does the car have Factory remote keyless entry or the keypad on the door?  If yes, you won't need it.  You have Type B (-) door locks and can wire directly to the car.

If you don't have the Factory remote keyless entry or the keypad on the door you have Type C door locks.  This type will require relays but no resisters.  Look on this site for wiring instructions ( 5 wire).
