1999 lexus lx470 key problems

i recently install a Galaxy 5000RS 2way with Xpresskit pkall bypass kit on a 1999 lexus lx470 .
everything works , alarm arm and disarm, unlock and lock ,and remote car starter works ...but now the only problem is that the key does not start the car. but when i remote start the car then put the key in and turn it to on and stop on the brakes its still running with the key in the ingition ..but i cant start the car normaly...any ideas????

check if you have the keysense wire hooked up to the bypass.

also, check for any loose connections

i'm pretty shure i hook up the keysense to the inigition barrel i check if anything was loose on sunday. but i have to go check it on sat again since i didnt have most of my tools to take it apart ..it just seem like when i cut the synrcho and clock wire ...not shure what else is wrong if all the wire are scured
