I'm trying to install a Crimestopper CS 2003DC II Alarm keyless entry and i'm having a couple of problems with it. The alarm works fine and locking the doors work, but it wont unlock! I have a 97 Blazer and have the wiring diagram for it and I found the correct wires for it.
Lock = ltblue
Unlock = white
I had to go inside the door panel because for some unknown reason I can't find the keyless module anywhere. It didnt come with keyless entry so maybe it doesnt have one. But anyways, Ive determined that my locks are positive trigger. I tested the lt blue wire and the white wire and when I press the lock/unlock button on the vehicle I get power going to them.
The output wires from my alarm say
Lock = green
Unlock = blue
I hooked them up right and the doors will lock and they'll even lock when i turn the ignition on but when I press the unlock button it disarms the alarm but doesnt unlock. I tested the outputs coming from the alarm and I get power out of the green wire when the lock button is pressed but theres no power coming out of the blue wire when I press the unlock button. Could the unit be bad? Or is it a different triggering system? On the drivers door lock/unlock button there are four wires:
Black
White
orange(which has constant power)
lt blue
Also,when I disarm the alarm I have it set up to turn the domelights on but when I do that the cars buzzer sounds and all the instrument panel lights come on and the parking lights. I like the parking lights coming on but hate the buzzer. It only lasts for about thirty seconds but its still irritating. I hooked the wire up to the brown wire on the light switch. Any place else I could hook that wire to? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Power Lock L BLUE DRIVER KICK #202
Power Unlock WHITE PANEL
make sure you are using the blue unlock wire and not the blue neg trigger wire.
what u are hearing is the dummy chime telling you that you left the lights on. the car tell that you have an alarm in the car. you can unplug the buzzer (if you have one)
Good Luck
