prestige aps 20b and aa 925 remotes

I recently lost my keys with an APS-20B remote. Unfortunately, I only had one and did not ever find another one. Wanted to know if remotes for AA-925 were interchangeable with the APS-20B system. They look very similar in appearance and are a much newer remote and much more abundant online. Alarm system is on a Dodge Ram '02 w/o remote start. Just a basic alarm system with shock sensor. First time on this site, lots of good info. Thanks for your help in advance. If this doesn't work out, might even try installing a different system.

from what i've seen in the past its worth trying to program if the LED is the same color. if they are both green or both red you should be able to program it. if they are opposite colors they wont work. hope this helps
