I am guessing that the wire labeled - active output is the ground when armed wire.  That means that it has ground on that wire when the alarm is armed.  It is usually used to control the LED of the alarm, as well as the starter kill relay.

The Blue/White wire that is labeled instant trigger input is the wire that you would connect the output wire of a sensor to.  If this wire sees ground when the alarm is armed, it will trigger the alarm.

Does your unit not have an instruction manual? If so read it.
It should explain what every wire does and its function.

Blue/Black is Ground output while the remote start is running...From the manual:

Active Output (-) 500mA (BLUE/BLACK)

The Active Output/Ignition 3 output wire provides a ground output when the remote start function is activated

and remains until 4 seconds after the remote start is shutdown.

Mr. I is correct on the Blue/White:

Instant Trigger Input (-) (BLUE/WHITE)

This wire is a GROUND input for an external sensor or secondary pin switch.

Verification: This wire when connected will trigger the security system.

If you have the Install guide, each wire's function is explained in detail.
