Well, I read through the vehicle information, and I'm still pretty confused. First off, does this have a positive or negative door triger? By door triger, we don't mean the door lock signal, but the door opened signal right? Meaning that it simulates the door being opened and turns on the light??? So when you look at the relay diagrams on the site here, you're hooking up power and signal to the security controler (or whatever we call the 'unit')  and the ground or hot dependant on the type of system you've got, and the other line goes to where ever the door open trigger connects to?

Not sure if I'm making sense, but I think I understand conceptualy, but want to make sure .

Also, I'm not sure what the vehicle identification table is telling me. There are no headers so I just want to confirm what it's saying; column one, 'item name', two, wire associated with it, Three, where the wire is. ??? Is this correct?

Lest question (don't believe that for a moment! :) where does one get a relay? I'm sure I could find a gross of them on the internet, but if I need one, where can I get one??? Thanks as always!!

Mick

mick, what brand of alarm are you putting in??
you shouldnt need a relay for the door locks. (depends on the brand of alarm)
give me your address and i will send a relay to you free of charge.
honda's are the easiest cars to do.
here is the info you need...
Constant 12 volts WHITE IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Ignition 12 volts BLACK / YELLOW IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Starter BLACK/ WHITE IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Dome Light BLACK/ WHITE (-) BROWN CONNECTOR ABOVE FUSE PANEL *
Trunk Pin Switch GREEN/ BLACK (-) GREEN CONNECTOR BELOW BROWN CONNECTOR
Parking Lamp RED / BLACK (+) HEADLIGHT SWITCH OR AT FUSE BOX
Power Lock BLACK/ WHITE DRIVER KICK PANEL, 2 PIN PLUG
Power Unlock BLACK/ RED TAPED TO HARNESS #201
#201- See Negative Pulse Door Lock Diagram. * Dome Light Also Found As WHITE/ BLACK
no door trigger if for the dome light. you have a neg trigger.
your door locks are also a neg trigger or system. you should find 2 wire plug taped (blue tape) up under the drivers side dash with the above colors in it for the door locks.
Good Luck
