this is what i am planing to try . need some insite.

ok i want to hock up a 12v eletrick fence shocker the the car alarm. so when the alarm goes off it trigers a realy and the e-fence comes on . now i can use ground straps that you put on a car to get rid of static and isolate them from grounding to the car. then hook up the shocker wire to the car . now am i going to fry the computer and audio  in the process

Provided the e-fence isn't connected to 'puter inputs some how... (assuming the grounds are).

so no problem doing the ground threy the isolated static straps and the e-fence whire to the rest of the car. when the alarm is ative and in alarm

Apart from ending up in jail, no problems but don't worry they will teach you English.
This idea lost favour in the 1950s, well before even my time.
