Need some help. Im trying to help a friend over the phone with his hawk 280 pro into a late 90s jetta. He has everything installed but we can't figure out how to get the alarm to double pulse on unlock. Im almost positive that's the issue because it is disarming but not unlocking. I can't get the manual online to come up and he said he can't find anything in either manual about programming for double pulse. Any ideas?

2 relays in series, I believe it's on this site under relays, special applications, if not I'll post it for you.
You wired the alarm wrong, first pulse will always unlock the driver's door, also if this alarm has separate arm (lock) and disarm (unlock) buttons then pressing the disarm button a second time should do it.
Is this Mk lll or Mk lV based?
