Welcome to The 12 Volt

H1/9  Probably don't need.  Do your interior lights come on with factory keyless unlock?

H1/10  don't need

H1/12  don't need

H2/10  Goes to PKFM  Brown wire (-) Ground When Running if inW2W mode.  Not needed in D2D.

H3/2  Maybe  See H3/7    If yes -  +12v constant

H3/3  correct

H3/4  If you want "Starter Kill" , cut RED / Light Blue and connect as per guide.  If no "Starter Kill",

do not cut RED / Light Blue, connect H3/4 only.
H3/5  Used with H3/4 for "starter Kill"

H3/6  Yes +12v Constant

H3/7  Goes to IGN2 Lt Blue/Pink ( present if truck has "rear only ABS")

H3/8  Not used

H3/9  Yes +12v constant

Soldering is fun!

and just to check was i right with H3/1 ignition 1 input/output
is this right? IGNITION 1      DARK BLUE/GREEN(+)      IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS?
H3/6 Yes +12v Constant and H3/9 Yes +12v constant can they be joined straight to 12 VOLT CONSTANT LIGHT GREEN/ PURPLE (+)IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS?
thanks again for your help going to start tomorrow.

Dome Light Supervision.  If unlocking the doors causes the lights to come on, then you can omit this connection.

ING1 is Dark Blue / Green and connects to H3/1.

+12v Constant Light Green / Purple - check your trucks ignition switch harness.  Usually, there are several of these power wires in the connector, so connect accordingly, spreading the load.

As always, verify all wires with a Digital Multi Meter.  ( The wire guides are not always correct. )

Assuming an Automatic Transmission, did you connect the Neutral Safety Switch and connect it to chassis ground?  NSS to "ON"?

Did you program the Viper to Auto Trans?  Menu 3, Menu Item 1 to Option 2.

Did you connect the Viper Tach wire?  If yes, did you program the Viper to Tach Mode?  Menu 3, Menu Item 2 to Option 4.  Did you preform the Tach Learn process?

Which light is flashing?  If it's the Vipers' LED, count the exact number of flashes.  That error code will tell you where the problem is.

Did you try a remote start with the key in the ignition, but not turned?

Jumper horizontal is OK.

Ford bypass programming can be difficult.  You need two working, non-clone, keys.  Verify your PATS connections.  PKFM Pin 2 Green should go to Pin 3 WHITE/ Light Green for TX and PKFM Pin 7 Pink should go to Pin 4 Grey/Orange for RX.   I usually get the ignition from the Vipers H3/1 Pink wire.  A sure way to reset the PKFM is to just re-flash it with the PKFORD firmware.

Well it ended up i had the jumpers vertical once i change that it fire up! but cut off after 20 sec or so so guess i need to do the tach learn process. Only thing that seem wrong now is i get a door alarm on my lc3 remote after the car is locked and armed. might have got the wrong trigger wire. but will have a closer look tomorrow. But thanks again for all you help you rally know your stuff couldn't have done it without all this helpful information!
