I am looking for an ignition immobilizer for my 95 Cavalier. Had one in it that died so I need a new one. What do you recommend and where can I find it.

Looks like you have Passlock 1.  First choice would be the iDatalink ADS-TBSL PL. Very reliable and easy to
install / program.  Second choice - Fortin Passlock SL2.  Do an internet search. Usually around $30.
Soldering is fun!

as old as your car, I'd just install a resistor in the Passlock wire and never worry about it again
