Installation Manual found at this site

Hello to all,
I am new to this site and this is my first time posting. I am currently trying to get involved in car alarm installs as a side hobby. I have my first customer and would like to be as prepared as possible.
My experience is; I am an Electronic Mechanic on Aircraft. I have very high knowledge in wiring, component installation and troubleshooting. As far as cars go... I have only done car stereo installs, and done repairs and troubleshooting to vehicle wiring problems.
I have been researching this install for about a week now and it is to my understanding that some vehicles require additional relays and resistors.
It is to my understanding from the Bulldog site
http://www.bulldogsecurity.com/bdnew/vehiclewiringdiagrams.asp
that you are not to use the wait to start wire. Is that only for their alarms or is that standard for all alarms?
Also the bypass module it speaks of for remote start is a little confusing.
Any help on where to start and any additional equipment needed would be much appreciated
If any additional details on vehicle or any thing else are needed please let me know.
I thank you in advance for your help.

That is a pretty straight forward instal. What bypass will you be using? Are you doing a full alarm or just start and keyless?
