I am Installing one touch in a 1966 Impala w/ factory power windows and even with the modules on the highest power level they are not going all the way up or down on the first push of the switch. Any tricks or customizing I can do to the module to make it work?

have you cleaned and lubed all the window regs and moving parts in the door?

those old windows are hard enough to move when they are smooth and clean...

it helps to have the car running to when you use a window module on an old car ... thats what remote starts and turrbo timers are good for.

My installation protocol is to check out the window up/down before install, saves a lot of grief trying to explain afterwards why you couldn't get it to work!
Try using thicker + & - cables and take them directly to the battery.

Thanks for the recommendations!
I put wheel bearing grease on the channels and that helped.
I also tried wiring one box for each side instead of one for front and one for back and that helped too.

Once I install the remote start alarm
(Viper 5901) if everything is not working right I guess I could use one module for each front window using the full module's 2 window strength for 1 window. Do you think that would work?
Maybe I could do that for the power convertible top as well...What do yall think?

Suggestion one isn't going to help you in any way.
Might work on the roof, depends on its current requirements.
