i'm trying to find out what modifications need to be done to the key cylinder so i can put in a remote start. i have a key, a box to put it in & a module to cover the rest. i'm just having the hardest time trying to find this info. hope someone can help me out. i'm new to posting on this forum. thanks

Assuming a regular ignition key, there should be 2 wires coming from the black plastic antenna coil that sits around the ignition switch. Possibly light green and light GREEN/ black, if the box is a DEI 556UW, follow the Euro specific instructions, disposing of the loop.
Use a black valet key obtained from your Audi dealer.
