Looking for some help on a Viper 5204 I installed into a 98 Honda Civic.
Everything was working fine but now I get no confirmation on two way remote. I press arm and the system arms, I press disarm and the system disarms. When I do either of these actions the remote is supposed to give a confirmation chirp and green light flash but all I get is red buzz on the remote. There are no zone faults as the parking lights do not flash upon disarming. Also if left to auto arm the remote is supposed to chirp when the system auto arms and I get no chirp at all. I've tried to use the remote right up against the alarm antenna thinking maybe bad reception but still nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

You can try pulling the fuse from the H1/1 wire, take the batteries out of the remote, let is all sit for 10-15 minuets. Then put it back together and see if that clears the issue.  Next you could try deleting all remotes from the system and then re-pair them to the system.
When all else fails, Read the Instructions

Also sometimes on the vipers it can be a fault of either the remote or the antenaa.
