Installing a viper 4104 with dball2 on my 2009 Civic manual transmission.
I can not get it to start. everything works except the autostart. I am wondering if it has something to do with this flex relay?
H3/1 PINK (+) IGNITION 1 INPUT/OUTPUT
H3/2 RED / WHITE +12V FUSED (30A) IGNITION 2/FLEX RELAY INPUT
H3/3 ORANGE (+) ACCESSORY OUTPUT
H3/4 VIOLET (+) STARTER OUTPUT
H3/5 RED +12V FUSED (30A) IGNITION 1 INPUT
H3/6 PINK/WHITE IGNITION 2/FLEX RELAY OUTPUT
H3/7 PINK/BLACK FLEX RELAY INPUT 87a (IF REQUIRED) OF FLEX RELAY
H3/8 RED / BLACK +12V FUSED (30A) ACCESSORY/STARTER INPUT
How am I supposed to hook this up? Ive done autostarts an my blazer and prelude and never had this much of an issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The Vipers Pink/White Flex relay output should be used for the Civic's Red ACC2 ignition wire.  You will have to set the Vipers

programming for Flex Relay = ACC2.  This shouldn't prevent the Viper remote start attempt.  My guess is the clutch bypass.

Remember that for a manual transmission, you must have the door triggers connected, the Tach wire connected, the Neutral

Safety wire connected to the Parking Brake, be programmed for Tach Mode and successfully completed a Tach Learn.   In D2D
mode, most of this is already done.

Additionally, the H3 Red, RED / Black & RED / White wires must be connected to +12V constant.

Soldering is fun!

Everything is hooked up. Changed the setting to acc2, relearned tack just in case. Still nothing. If I hit the starter while started, the unit does nothing. If I do it while car is off I get 7 flashes which should be MTS not set correctly... Im lost now.

With a manual transmission vehicle, there is a specific "Reservation Mode" procedure that must be performed at engine shutdown to enable a remote start-up.  It goes something like this :

Make sure the doors on the vehicle are closed.

Put the transmission in neutral.
Press on the brake in the vehicle.
Apply the emergency brake.
Release the brake.
Within 15 seconds activate the remote start from the remote.
The parking lights will flash confirming that the remote start is active.
Turn off the ignition (the car should stay running when key is turned off).
Exit the vehicle.
Arm the alarm (the vehicle should shut off when arming the system).

Soldering is fun!

Tried that. Still nothing. There has to be something I messed up. Now its trying to trouble shoot. Im doing w2w so I can add smart start later.
H3/1 PINK (+) IGNITION 1 INPUT/OUTPUT     ---blue
H3/2 RED / WHITE +12V FUSED (30A) IGNITION 2/FLEX RELAY INPUT   ---white
H3/3 ORANGE (+) ACCESSORY OUTPUT     ----orange
H3/4 VIOLET (+) STARTER OUTPUT     ----yellow
H3/5 RED +12V FUSED (30A) IGNITION 1 INPUT    ----white
H3/6 PINK/WHITE IGNITION 2/FLEX RELAY OUTPUT    ----red
H3/7 PINK/BLACK FLEX RELAY INPUT 87a (IF REQUIRED) OF FLEX RELAY   --N/A
H3/8 RED / BLACK +12V FUSED (30A) ACCESSORY/STARTER INPUT    ---White
Is that correct? I find their directions are really poor compared to the compustar ones ive installed. They where straight forward. But also on older vehicles that where auto.
Also should the H2/21 be hooked up somewhere? All it says is activation input.

You wired up the door lock and unlock wires on the dball to the car right? I found the easiest place to get them was at the back of the MICU. I tried doing mine without these two wires, and it wouldn't start either.
Here's my connections, I hope this helps.
