Regarding the parking lights, I tagged the rear lights at the REM in the cargo left panel. relatively easy to run wires to the back and access this module. The front parking lights are a different animal. To access the CEM, the windshield wipers and cowl below the windshield must be removed, the wiper transmission must also be removed. Then you can access a panel where once removed, you have access to the connector with the + front parking light wires on top of the CEM. Unless you know magic, I can not see how you can access these wires from the interior of the vehicle. This should be the same for the S60 as well.
When testing the clutch, I did throw a diagnostics code that I needed to clear. A simple interrupt of the clutch out wire will allow the car to start. The measured resistance across the clutch within this particular vehicle was 189 ohms fully depressed to the floor, and 750 ohms at rest.
Below is a suggestion from lurch228 in my other thread discussing the clutch bypass in this vehicle:
With the 750 ohm resistance of the switch at rest you would need a 250 ohm resistor connected across the switch which will lower it to 187.5 ohms, to match as close as possible the 189 ohm fully depressed measurement.
87 to Black, 30 with resistor to Brown, 85 to (-) start output, and 86 to 12v.
Basically adding a resistor in parallel to the at rest resistance to lower the resistance to the fully depressed measurement.
This will match the function of the clutch switch.Don't be a lemming...
