ok heres the deal, i added power locks to my 99 civic hatch a couple years ago and they quit working the first snowfall of last year.

ascii diagram:

(left actuater)----(^relays)----(right actuator)

notice it's the "no switch" power locks

the fused power connects directly into the relay box that came with the kit. there are two enclosed relays. i can verify voltage going to the relays. if i move the the actuator back to the switch, both the relays kick on, 1 then 2 but the actuaters don't even flinch... if there was *one* cut wire wouldn't that mean at least one of the actuators wuold work or not? are there suggestions on how to test the system without ripping the whole thing out?

a lil more info, each actuator has the following:

red (motor +), blue (motor -), purple (activate up i think), brown (down i think), and another black wire which maybe ground.

quick followup, if i didnt make it clear this is *not* the 2-wire powerlock kit. the switches are the locks themselves, a switch gets triggered when you flip the locks open or close.
