I have 2003 NIssan Maxima and I would like to install an alternating headlight flasher similar to police cars etc. The low beam headlights are HID, so I won't touch those. The high beams are regular halogen bulbs. The dealer advised me not to wire anything into the headlights because of potential damage to the body control module.

Has anybody ever wired up something like this? Any pointers?

Thanks

Al

If you go to www.radartest.com , they sell a system called the Sundance system which I am wanting to do on my high beams in my Supra TT.  The kit is complete with wire splices and ALL..  I am not sure thye have setup for 03 Maxima but it would be my first choice...
