Hi.  I was planning on getting a viper remote starter sometime soon and was wondering the difficults of installing a remote starter on an infiniti J30?  Are there anythings i need to watchout for and is there any chance that the ECU could end up getting fried as I have been told? Thanks, daniel.

  • Tach wire: Round gray plug taped to harness at passenger rear side of engine. Single blue/white wire at plug. Also found at ECM in the passenger kick panel.
  • Theft warning module located under drivers side dash.
  • Unlock requires a double pulse.

They are mostly on the driver's side of the car, but not all in the ignition harness.
