hey guys, how do i get a new xv90 transmitter for my viper alarm to work? the transmitter it came with broke and i just purchased a new one and would like to know how to get it on the same frequency to use.   thanks in advance.  RacerX

anyone know ? this is the second post on diff issue and i never get a response.  this cant be that diff for you people

XV90?   Are you referring to the Viper 2-way alarm/remote start system. If so, I think you missed a '7' in there somewhere. If you are referring to a different model, the following may be different.
Turn key on, push valet button 1 time. Push valet button again and hold. Siren will chirp once. Push lock button on transmitter. That will configure the remote for standard configuration.
If you don't have one already, download an install manual at www.directed.com
