Does it stay on when the RS is shut off?

12volts      white       +       ignition harness
Starter      BLACK/ white       +       ignition harness
Ignition      BLACK / YELLOW       +       ignition harness
Accessory      yellow       +       ignition harness
Second Accessory      WHITE/ black       +       ignition harness
I did a 98 or 99 recently and I hooked up one of the accessory wires as an ignition. The ABS light then came on when remote started. Fortunately, the remote starters we use have a jumper I could just move to switch that output to operate as an accessory wire and everything worked fine. Most remote starters come with outputs for two ignitions and one accessory, so I'm gonna guess you might have run into the same problem as me. What remote start system are you using?

could be low on brake fluid, or if you hooked up a neutral saftey wire to the ebrake it could be backfeeding into the light..
