I just installed a scytek remote start on a 1999 lincoln navigator. It works great, but the 4x4 light blinks when it is remote started. When you put the key in, the 4x4 light keeps blinking. If you cancel the remote start and restart it with the key it is fine. I have a 1998 Navigator with the same setup that does not do this. Am I missing a necessary ignition or something? I powered the Dark Blue/Lt grn, RED / Black and Gray / YELLOW wires. The only other wire I even saw was the BLACK/ Lt Green which I assume is Acc.

Anyone?

Thanks. I have all the ignition wires. Do I necessarily have to power up all the accessories? Usually, I don't. Should I be doing that, I just assumed that accessories only powered the radio and stuff. As long as the climate controls work on ignition, or the customer wants their radio on with RS- I don't hook up acc. But I certainly don't want to risk damaging someone's transmission.
