I'm installing a remote starter in a 2003 VW Passat. I'm looking for a diagram if anyone has one, and also, do all '03 Passat's have an immobilizer?
Thanks!!

I'm pretty sure all '03 Passats have an immobilizer, so you'll need to bypass that. I've done '01 and '02 Passats (1 each) and both had an immobilizer.
Also, when I did those I was using a DEI 555U bypass module(a universal type with an antenna ring that goes around the key cylinder) and the bypass would not work with the antenna ring placed in the normal fashion; I had to cut the antenna ring off and solder the wires directly into the factory immobilizer wiring. Just giving you a heads up on that - I'd recommend you use that 555U bypass if possible, because I know it worked on that particular car.
Plus I didn't want you to have to find out like I did that the regular way didn't work after working 3 hours overtime with a piss-drunk, bitchy customer asking why the hell her remote start's not working every 45 seconds or so 2003 Passat -- posted image. Man that was a fun experience.
Post back and let us know how everything goes.
