This is my problem, I have Audiovox aps996a alarm with rs. My truck requires that the green and orange wires @ the ign. switch must be powered up for the heat & a.c. to work in rs mode. The alarm has a light blue (-) wire supplied to preform this task. I must use 2 relays but only have 1 drive wire.

1)How do i hook up the drive wire to these relays?

2)How do I tie into the green and orange wires? ie. just tap right into each, or cut and place one side of each wire to the 30 and 87a terminals of the 2 spdt relays and 12 volt to the 87 terminals.

The light blue(-) wire can operate both relays. Wire uop the relays like this for ACC and like this for IGN. You want to just strip back the insulation and tap into the wire this way. DO NOT cut the wire as you do not need to do this.
