Remote start will no longer work

I have a sidewinder 7000esp on my 1996 chevy s-10 and the remote start work all until I put my MSD 6AL  ingnition box on, can anyone please help me!?!

While you were messing under the hood, is it possible that you bent the pin switch?? I know mine will not start if any door or hood is open

no  I dont have one, I wonder if I have to connect the wire going to my coil to the tach terminal on the MSD box. I'm gonna go try that, i'll let u guys know

The MSD will screw up your tach signal that the remote starter requires. What you have to do is to reprogram the tach signal and see if this will help.

and for g*d sakes put a pin switch under the hood to prevent accidental starting....

Well the problem was that I had to hook the tach wire that was originally going to the neg. on the coil to the tach terminal on the MSD 6al box. Thanks for the the help though guys!
