The GMDL 2 will take care of all of that nice and easy with only a few wires to connect.

There are other places to buy them, as well as other manufacturers of similar products, but this is just one place.
If you dont want to go with a databus interface module, the it Looks like you need to run wires into the door:
Lock: RED / Black
Unlock: ORANGE / Black
Disarm: Lt. Green
All require a negative pulse
I am not positive if this will work on this vehicle for rearming, but once you have the door locks working, see if the alarm rearms when you lock the doors with the after market transmitter when the door is open. If this arms thge alarm, then you need to pulse the drivers door pin wire at the same time as the lock wire. If your starter does not have an output for this, it sometimes works to split the lock output and diode isolate the two wires and run one to the lock and the other to the drivers door pin. I am not sure but you may need a relay to generate enough current to trigger the door trigger if it doesn't work without one. Some GM vehicles have a door pin in addition to the door trigger which you can find on the side of the dash where the door meets the dash. If you dont have one then you will need to use the door trigger which is Tan at the drivers door module along with the door lock wires. Be sure to test every wire with a DMM before using it.
