Installing an Autopage RS-650 alarm/RS in a 01 Ford 4-door dually diesal automatic.  The key has the S on it.  I suppose that stands for "securlock" from some of the research I have been doing.  I was told from an installer at the local "hack and sack" stereo shop that I would have to cut my key and find the immobilizer, then tape it to the key ring on the steering column in order for the remote start to function.  I have done a few remote starts in other makes and used bypasses.  Do they make a bypass for this vehicle, instead of the old universal bypass where you have to sacrifice a key?  I have found a few for cars (focus, crown vic, etc...) but none for the pickup's.  Also, if they make one, where do I find it.

Thanks, David
