Do I have to use 10 guage wire from the 12 volt constant contact on the relay to the 10 guage wire from the battery?? or can I use smaller guage?

Or  what a bought a distrubution block , Could I use that ?

Soldering this large of wire in a T Postion is not easy...

You can use as small as 18 gauge for the remay wires depending on what it's used for. For starter or ignition, I'd stick with a 14-16 gauge myself, but for any kind of turn on lead for accessories, I'd use 18 gauge. If you have lost of outputs that need 12 volts, use the distibution block or terminal bus, either will work.
