hey guys i was wondering if you guys in install land can help i'm an installer at a circuit city and since our dumb company stopped selling directed products we lost our directechs password.."unfortunatly for me my pc crashed and i lost my techsoft database program" i know you guys won't give out a password but if some one could download the techsoft database and the database update and send it to me that would be greatly apperciated. thanx for any and all help

Which line of alarms do you carry now?  Get with them, they should provide you with Tech support.

Hate to break your heart, but near as I can tell Techsoft is no longer available through the directechs site.  I lost program through same computer crash problem, and cannot find download through the site even with password.  Try to find old disks if it came to you that way, I think mine got throwed out.  Designtech International offers a wiring database through their website that is pretty decent, and its free.  But it is only an online service, so you cant keep on your pc.

we carry these gay code alarms.....which really suck... the brain is way to large.... install is not very easy to teach someone.they have some nice features though ....
well i really wanted the data base on my home pc this company offers store support only so i have to be at work to use wich doesn't help
