After switching to a new Optima yellow top battery my Viper 550 ESP alarm remotes don't work properly.  The AUX button no longer opens the trunk, and the remote start no longer works.  The batteries in both remotes are fine, I've checked them already.  How do I reprogram my remotes?

I already tried that.....what I did was....program using channel 10 (Delete All Transmitters).....then I programmed it using Channel 8 for both transmitters.  But again......the lock, unlock, and silent buttons work.  But when I try to pop the trunk it won't respond, and when I try to remote start it won't respond.  I've even tried specifically programming channel 2 (trunk pop) and channel 3 (remote start) to the appropriate buttons....but no luck.  The alarm still doesn't respond to those commands.
