When using a universal bypass, what prevents the vehicle from reading two codes, the one in the bypass and the one in the ignition?  I am putting a RS/alarm on my Titan this weekend and was just wondering about that.  I have put in many RS's, but have been lucky enough to have vehicle specific bypasses.  Is there anything different I should do in the installation.  Thanks, David Dyer

Usually has relay, diode, transistor or data when ignition is turned on or RS is on

So all this should come pre-wired with the universal bypass, no need for any extra wiring from me?

all the new DEI universal modules 556U ( which replaced the 555U )  have a key sense circuit to prevent this.....
