my factory alarms keeps going off for no reason, im told this happens because of a faulty senser. I was just wodering if anyone knows how i should go about testing each senser inorder to finding the bad one, also whats the easiest was to disconnect my alarm system for the time being. It keeps going off in the middle of the night, and It killed my battery last time

First check the led light for zone trigger confirmation, then as you find out which one it is turn down the sensitivity on it, if you do not want to bother with it right now put it on valet your led should stay on constant to confirm valet mode(most alarms)

The problem you have is a faulty door trigger or hatch trigger. The OEM alarms only detect these trigger points and nothing else ( no impact  & no perimeter or hood ) so it's easy to trouble shoot this. While sitting in the Jeep, find the YELLOW wire un the driver's kick panel that tests (-) when the doors are open and (+) when the doors are closed. This wire will tell the OEM alarm that the doors are open when the alarm is armed and the system will engage.

I don't know how often the alarm goes off, but if you have a general idea of when it does, make sure your around with your DMM or light tester and test this wire. Set up the tester so that the RED lead gets 12 volts constant and the BLACK lead goes to the YELLOW wire. Arm the Jeep and sit and wait. If the Jeeps alarm is triggered because of a faulty door trigger  the DMM will register 12 volts on the screen or the light tester light will illuminate.

If you can not wait for the system to trigger or don''t want to do this you can permanently disable the OEM alarm by taking the PURPLE / YELLOW wire in the drivers kick panel ( BLACK plug ) and take another wire and connect it to this wire. Take that wire and ground it to the chassis somewhere. Now the OEM system is diabled as long as the wire is grounded.
