Help! Locate ECM

Locating the ECM/ ECU....it should be rite behind the glove compartment....u know where the passenger leg compartment is? just reach in underneith and go up...behind the glove compartment...that's where it is located for Hondas at least...Toyotas should be the same.  Flat silver alloy colored box.  ....about the tach meter...yes it will work if u find the correct wire near the engine/ spark plug cables...just be sure to strip it carefully...i don't want to say which wire cuz i never messed with Toyota before...only hondas for me....There should be another set of wires in the engine compartment closer to the dashboard.....try hookin it up to that instead.....less mess......anyways much luck.
