I'm installing my CompuStar 2WSS-AS, and everything seems fine except the siren is constantly going off when connected, as well as the parking lights lit up.  The alarm is disarmed, but these outputs have constant power going through them. I left a lot of wires unconnected because I don't need the starter feature.  What am I doing wrong here?

Did you hook up your ground to a good grounded piece of metal? First thing to check. Alarms do all kind of wierd stuff when the ground is bad. Also when the alarm is doing this try putting it into valet using the key and valet button and see if it shuts off.

I hooked the LED in and it's lit up constantly as well.  Does this mean the brain is toast?
