i am using a multi dl to interface with the locks in this truck and am having some troubles. The locks work great for two days or so and then stop. I had a similiar problem on a trailblazer and added relays to dr doorpass door, and hatch to make locks work. Has anyone had a problem like this before? it is a loaded truck so the lt blue and white wires are not there for the locks. I have used the multi dl on more than a handful of occasions with no problems until recently. any help would be great. thanks guys

i called thier tech support and was told... put i diode on the passlock bypass gound when running input, because it was not a trilogics piece. also told to use relays to send pure ground to multi dl. was also told to swap out the unit. i have done all of the above yet the problem persists. the locks work fine for two days then they go inop. i am using an audiovox 9775, multi dl, and an as-gm4. i have used this combo many times with no problem. help my manager is currently slapping the back of my head with a turkey fryer

jeff... not sure what you mean. did i hook up the orange from the multi dl to the orange on the audiovox unit? no i did not i did not hook up the orange at all. Any time i hook up the horn to a vehicle at work (a chevy dealer) the service people get confused as to wether or not the car has an aftermarket alarm or not, i have been instructed to go siren only by my boss.

i have tried everything tech support said and still the same problem. I rewired the car without the module. and no problems anymore, just tired. i had this same problem on a trailblazer recently and had to take the module out on that as well. the only similarity between the two vehicles is that they both had memory and heated seats. I do not recall there being that trim package on the others i have done and they all work fine. i have spoken to several other installers and they think i am crazy. tech support thinks the same. i think i am starting to belive them. any advice? What modules is everyone else using?

That is why I love DEI products....456G does the locks, and the door trigger.
